What an amazing night at the Hearst Corporation! Jessie and I had the honored tonight to present two scholarships from Big Apple Big Hearts at the annual GCS scholarship award ceremony! For those who do not know Jessie and I shortly after Hurricane Sandy decided to design a tshirt to sell in an effort to raise money for those in need affected by the storm. We are so proud to announce that between tshirt sales and private donations we have raise almost $15,000.00. Tonight Shannon and Hillary both Parsons students were the wonderful recipients of our scholarship. Both great young woman and we could not be more proud to share this amazing experience. Thank you so much to those who have purchased tshirts or made a donation. We are still accepting donations and looking for families in need to help.
