What an amazing weekend, the conference was a success and so many to thank for helping to pull things together, volunteerism is such a wonderful thing to watch in action, so many that are dedicated to the cause, thank you to everyone. This is a time of healing, growth, bonding, finding support and resources so many landmarks to prove the beaten path as an advocate, each year it does provide a clearer view ahead. I love hearing the laughter of those who were once so very broken, I cherish the simple moments when I witness the world record of hugs that take place, I sit in a prideful corner to see another advocate emerge....I know deep down in side that our dream, our efforts, our voices, our actions have made a small contribution in the world, I find comfort in the strength that lies in each victims transformation, I thank God for all the blessing big and small, while I leave this place for another year; returning to the wooded ground that is so unforgiving and that continues hide the secrets of all those who remain missing.
