What an awesome 2 days living the life. It has been so awesome to teach proper form on 2 of my favorite basic exercises. The squat and the dead lift are so good for your body when done with correct form. There is something primal and gritty about lifting a barbell and putting some weight on. I follow some awesome trainers online myself and theres one thing that stands out with all of us, besides that we are all crazy. You cant get strong if you dont lift heavy $#!+. If you ever want to pick up a great book about lifting check out Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. One of my favorites. Great job to all of you that endured some of the sweet pain of leg day!!! I LOVE LEG DAY!!! Thank you for allowing me to teach you what I love
