What an awesome day of powerlifting! Congrats to Dan Nixon on completing his first comp, 8 out of 9 lifts & a total just shy of 400kg, super proud. Vector health gym in Rockhampton thanks for putting on a great comp. this was my first time as a coach & spectator & I must say it was more rewarding & exciting than I thought. I got to watch some awesome inspiring lifting & witness again the support & fantastic sportsmanship that is powerlifting. Great to catch up with & be surrounded with these awesome lifters, well done to all you first timers out there & miss Chleo van wyk damn girl it was awesome to once again watch u do ur thang! Home now but the 3 hr drive went really quick because I talked hubbys ear off about the comp all the way home :)
