What an awesome evening hanging out downtown with my family and friends! We handed out a TON of shoes, clothes, hygiene products, socks, etc and spent a long time getting to know more people! It was truly a blessed evening! My kids have had lots of questions since we left- mainly about the woman and her infant daughter that we met tonight. All of us have heavy hearts over the reality of a baby living on the streets and I will be gathering size 1 diapers, wipes, and 0-3 month clothing to get to her hopefully by wednesday. She is on a waiting list to get back into a program that will help her. The list of needs is pretty long today since we met so many new people. Again, thank you for all your help!
