What an awesome morning! Loved the 20km Woronora Dam Pipeline Trail Run although flippin heck, those hills were unforgiving and seemed to go on forever at the end!!!! Absolutely fabulous to see so many gorgeous RMA & ATB ladies, what a great atmosphere you created and I loved your encouragement and high-fives throughout, thank you so much! There were so many friendly runners & volunteers along the course, super impressed & will be back for more next year (after a lot more hills training!). Now time for feet up & a nanna nap!!
