What an awesome week it has been As I posted earlier, I changed up my workout and am staying on the Challenge. I have been at or around 355lbs for over a month but after a week and a day of this new workout I am down to 347lbs. That takes my total weight loss to 63 pounds that I am down from my highest weight of 411lbs. If it was just "FAT" weight that I have lost, It would be around 80+ pounds but with working out and gaining muscle, I have been struggling with the actual weight on the scale. So, if you are stuck and are having a hard time losing weight, are active, eating right and doing well, CHANGE IT UP!!! Make a drastic change in your routine but not necessarily adding weight but tell your body that you are taking control and push through to a new level. Thank you everyone for the encouragement and inspiration! I am pushing through and will be past my 100lb lost mark before the end of the year! This was never a New Years Resolution It is a full body SOLUTION and FOREVER Lifestyle Change!!!
