What an enpowering day, I must say, since this walk began in 2002, I knew, that whatever documents i filed served on or what ever that carried a Notary Seal,were lawful, many have walked this one, the UCC filings notice of understanding etc..... but there was one element missing.....understanding, to what authority am i standing....none, to date.....hence why we are all ignored....many of us have gone round the court circuit....but crooks are crooks, and doing that just waylays your search in the truth, and the whyfores of it all...... I have served more documents on ministers and fed fraudsters over the past 13yrs to no avail. The past year has been an education, as it has been for many of my fellowmen and women, and ended up in court, under threat intimidation by armed thugs..monwealth peace officers committing treason for obeying corporate foreign entities, and they are unaware of it.....however the commissioner is. I have been thrown in the lock up for 4hrs at a time, threatened with mental health (lol) forced to sign legal aid docs which were blank, assaulted in the court...and today, under duress, i went back.....however, on the 1st december, I had stamped for the court the Peoples lawful case, and all its annexures , which were , my proof of evidence...that they had no authority over the sovereign state people of the commonwealth........anyway up to court 9 i go, within 10 minutes the name with a title was called, up I went saying loud and clear, you may call me janis, i do not have a title, he looked down, and said do you plead guilty or not, to which i said, i am here under threat so have been compelled to attend, in the 3 times i have attended, i have not given jurisdiction to this court, and i have no intention of doing so today.The courtroom was full, he thrrew his head up and rolled his eyes and said...courtroom 6 NOW trial....lol Last to be heard....lol....so much for the alphabetical order lol....She was a woman magistrate, probably aroung my age.....She called my name (entity) I stood and said, mam you may call me janis....then she said....I have all this paper work here and I cant see any of it (this is the peoples lawful case with the seal of queen victoria on the front. That put the biggest grin on my face (dang I thought, i forgot to stamp the back with the gold backed stamp so she couldnt do that lol) i cannot remember how and what order I said things, but it has been taped, but it started by me telling her of the past events, and that as i understend to the seal of Queen victoria, I am Sovereign, and as such because of the treason committed by the executive levels of government,any Australian department who claim to be government, and have an ABN no are registered corporations of a foreign power, and as such their legislations and laws have no authority over the sovereign colonist decendants, the sovereign states of the wolrd joined the UN under the provisions that the sovereign nations remain under the international laws as set. Mam an eg of this is an instument many have tried to use in Australia, The Statute of Westminister, which is a UK instrument, it is forbidden for a foreign power to implement laws on another nation. But what of the Queen she said... Queen Elizabeith 11 has never had any power over the people, we are a sovereign nation, her title was only ever titler.....however in 2009 there was a new royal Standard set by royal proclammation, with a changing of the flag, which by divine right made Her her Majesty Elizabeth the third, Joint head of the Commonwealth of (Humanity)Australia.....and the commonwealth (of humanity) Australia was re establlished .....The peoples Parliament was opened on 7th july 2013....rubbish she said.....well if its rubbish why would i register on the senate of something that is rubbish? You will be heard here today, to which i said...I am the beneficiary, and again I do not give consent....she started overtalking me so i got louder, and said it again. then she said something about the seal, to which i replied (and did several times) the facts are before you there., I pointed to the prosecutors uniform, saying this is the seal of the commonwealth, the crown that sits on the lions head,is the St. Edward crown....which gives the sovereign people their inalienable rights, the magna carta, our bill of rights,habeus corpus, and we stand under the king james Bible, the police are hired by a foreign corporation wearing that seal....they are committing treason against the people of the sovereign states, and they dont even know it...however all the heads of gov have been notified....the documents are in front of you. There is probably more i said, have to wait til the recording is here tomorrow, In the end i said , well you dont recognise to what I understand and as i am sovereign, she said you are not, I said oh yes i am, I am third generation colonist/settler and under the seal of Queen victoria, i am sovereign, i have had enough of this we are going no where, so I am leaving....and i walked out
