What an evening it was tonight! Powerlifting Helens last heavy squat session before her All Englands competition next week. Introducing a new client to Olympic lifting, this is her here practicing her first ever over head squats. Then my last client brought me some fabulous news and even better showed off how strong physically and technically she is getting! Roll on tomorrow is all I can say!
