What an eventful afternoon... Got a nice hour long nap and actually feel like I slept well... Woke up and Megan and I decided that Albert Jerome Phinneas Einstein, III & Larry Laquifa Jones ... our adorable guinea pigs for those of you who dont know who they are... needed a bathy-bath. Gratefully, bathing a guinea pig is nothing like trying to bath a cat; they actually enjoy being bathed. Of course when you bath a pet, it goes without saying that you would need to dry them after a bath. Ahhhh, yes... drying a guinea pig... With them enjoying being given a bath, one could logically deduce that they would also enjoy being dried. Mmmm, not so much. Towel drying is relatively easy, but does not get them very dry because you cant be very aggressive with drying them due to their delicate bodies. Whats the next option??.... Blow drying. Yea, ever tried to blow dry a guinea pig??... Everyone should have this experience. Albert & Larry are NOT fans of the blow dryer at all. Any how, they are now dry thankfully after a good amount of effort at keeping them still enough to get the job done. So now, we have two clean as a whistle, fru-fru smelling, nail clipped, happy guinea pigs back in their nice clean cages with fresh bedding. Yea for them. Mission accomplished.
