What an excellent turn out for Strength Training last night using physiological methods of training with techniques used in the army and fire brigade for Cyclists. The importance of cross training should not be lost in the quest for better strength on the bike, speed, endurance and minimisation of injuries. Feedback will be elicited and those keen, we will return to a variation of this session next week.
