What an incredible journey called Breast Cancer. Today was my last radiation therapy, thank you God. My sister, Shirley Rodrigues, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 4 months before I was. We both kicked Breast Cancers butt. My sister was my strength through this emotional ride. I want to do a shout out to the incredible team at the Cancer Center of Hawaii - Liliha. So much aloha, helped me stay strong. I met so many strong women going through the same journey. I want to thank Pookela Church for lifting me and my sister in prayers - I believe in the miracle of prayers. Fiona Macpherson and Marylou Green for the beautiful cards - the words touched my heart. Beverly Salomon for her love for me and continued prayers and support. Jodi Crivello and Bobbie Hoyt, the Zumba ladies on Maui, thank you for the card, magazines, and gift - I truly appreciate it. To all my friends, family and Facebook friends thank you for the kind words and prayers. Last, but not least. to my beautiful daughter, Michele Nakoa, for flying to Oahu for my surgery and cooking my favorite dish Chicken Curry and my handsome son, Rodrigo Caba, for always checking in on me and giving me words of encourgement. I love you all.
