What an incredible moment as Linda and I paid a surprise visit to my Sister, Mary McDonald. Just coming off a tough regimen of chemotherapy in her battle with lymphoma, Mary stands tall in the eyes of all who know her indomitable spirit. But even the strongest of heroes or heroines need a little encouragement now and then. So we hopped a flight for an all-too-brief day of laughing, talking, praying and eating in our effort to lift Marys spirits and encourage her in her battle to regain her health. Oddly, it is US who head for home buoyed up, encouraged and challenged to excellence in our walk of faith by the gentle and sweet natured saint of God. We love you Mary!!
