You know your loved one best because he/she trusts you. Make sure to let educators know what your child is capable of and get it on paper in great detail. All people exposed to and caring for your loved one are part of a team. No gaps can exist. We call it a well-oiled machine in terms of the way everyone works together, knowing their roles.
