What an interesting...week away I had...first...I now am in debt for 208$s...and 3 points on my license...:)...yes...got a speeding ticket...couple of hrs later...got pulled over again...didnt get that ticket cause I think the cop felt sorry for me...spent the rest of the day with the..CRUZE CONTROL on....( lol )....got a flat tire...that was the best...$175 if you pay with Visa... or $40.00 cash...paid the $40.00...what caused the flat...a broken off end of a BUNGEE CORD...hooked right in the tire...but it was right in a Timmys parking lot....how convenient...:) Stayed in a hotel back in Sault Ste. Marie...always wanted to stay there...right on the water front..VERY nice view of the river...the locks ( adjust the height of the water between the great lakes ) for boats...didnt do a whole lot..while there...saw the house where I was born..( not in a hospital )...NOBODY except my nephew and his mother showed up for my brothers burial...which is very saddening...my sisters...nieces...nephews...nobody but the 4 of us....nothing seems to have changed there...just gotten older...no matter how they facade their buildings...I have NO reason to ever return...even to visit....until its my time...and Im NOT sad about it either... the ride home was uneventful...just kept the cruze control on...95% of the time....thank you..Heather Lee Atfield..and your terrific son Ian...to the staff at various hotels...to the people who we met along the way...Im just glad its over...Ive NEVER driven as far as I did in one day before....( Thursday...1750 kms...from 7:30 am - 11 pm last night...)...
