What an irony? The same people who are accusing the government of sky high property prices, they are the very people worrying now that their own property cannot fetch high price with tighter regulations on housing loans. All that bullshit about voicing out for the poor and low income and those who cannot afford to buy a flat. Absolute selfish people who only think about themselves. They want to bring prices down so that they can buy cheap, but they also want prices to rise so that they can sell high. I wonder how many nuts have been buying into their reasonings?
