What an overreach to include Walmart but then again, Im sure the recent killing of the irresponsible gun owner in Hayden, Idaho (left a loaded gun within reach of her 2 year old kid who wound up killing her with it)...will result in Walmart being named as a defendant in some civil suit. My guess is they will be sued by some shopper(s) for failing to provide a safe shopping experience, even though they couldnt possibly have known or anticipated this sad scenario.
