What an overwhelming and exciting day! I cannot express my gratitude enough. I want to give a big shout-out to the Oakes Public School, staff and students, my senior class, and the entire Oakes community for all the donations and support you have given me! Also, a big thank you to all of those who shaved their heads or got mo-hawks for my cause. I am truly honored to be a part of such a loving community! On top of that, I got accepted to Northern State University today, and received the highest freshman scholarship! It has definitely been a day to remember.
