What are actions that a wife does thata husband considers malicious and hateful? 1. Denying intimacy and coitus– calling for a host of angels cursing her. Using coitus denial as a weapon is a common problem according to the survey. 2. Vengeful criticism – a woman scorned has no control on her tongue so watch out. 3.Nagging, whining, and complaining –this is part of their DNA, you just have to exercise patience. 4. Being ungrateful or disrespectful – you cannotescape it. Our Prophet (S) stated in authentic narrations that they are ungrateful by nature. Again be patient. 5. Making strenuous demands – See point #4 of previous section. This is a steroid- enhanced versionn of that. 6. To divulge family secretsoutside – Loose lips sink ships. They simply cannot contain the chatter. 7. Improper hygiene or attire –If they don’t bathe daily you have to tell them it’s required. If they don’t dress up for you at home but dress up when going outside the home you have to re-programme her and explain that dressing up is tobe done indoors. What are actions that a husband does that a wife considers hateful? 1. Neglecting her and abusing her – If you raise your voice then be prepared to be hung out to dry for “abuse”. 2. Not fulfilling their Islamic duties/Ignoring the Prophetic Sunnah 3. Giving preference to the TV or PC over spending quality time with wife – If you like sports kiss goodbye to watching it. If you hate going to the mall, be prepared to be dragged to it.Quality time is something defined by her, not you. 4.Improper hygiene or attire – bathe,floss, and do the necessities. 5. Not showing appreciation for her or what she does – she made some food with your money,cleaned her teeth at the dentist’s with your money,hung Nordstrom curtains with your money, and bought a $8,500 dining table with your money,drives around in the Infiniti SUV you bought her for her birthday. Men, man up and show your appreciation. 6. Being too demanding or controlling – women have been emancipated. Men, wash your own dishes while she gloats nearby and do not control them or ask them where they are going or when they are returning home. 7. Being niggardly in money and/or time – This is actually 1 but disguised as number 7. If you are a resourceful money manager and budget the expenses according to your income you risk being termed niggardly and she will despise you.
