What are the 4 things you should do after a workout? This applies to all of our runners out there today, too! 1. Cool down with about 5 minutes of light exercise to safely get back to your resting heart rate. 2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! 3. Stretch to reduce soreness and prevent injury - be sure to hold your stretches - dont bounce! 4. Eat - a banana or apple, and if youve just ran a long distance, low fat chocolate milk is a great option, too! Enjoy your Saturday!!
