What are you currently working towards? Its always important to set yourself new goals & new challenges in the gym. Give yourself something to work towards - that way, you can focus on taking small steps towards it. Ive not done much heavy lifting in my time, but improving my strength & in particular my deadlift is high on my priorities list currently, particularly after recent lower back issues.
