What are you doing to honour Nutrition month? Youve heard me talk about 2mm shift. The concept is you dont have to run a marathon to make a difference. The littlest of shifts, one by one, can have a huge impact. Will you drink more water? Consume less sugar? Give up artificial sweetners? Reduce your caffiene intake? Add more greens to your day? You dont have to do it all at once. Just one 2mm shift is all it takes to make a difference !!
