What are you doing to improve your weaknesses? We love our strengths and dread our weaknesses, but our weaknesses will only become our strengths when we practice them more then we do what we are good at. Today with a bar muscle up EMOM, do you have strict pullups and dips? If the answer is no, then you should NOT be doing jumping/banded bar muscle ups just to get over the bar. If you sincerely want an unassisted bar muscle up, turn the EMOM into a strict pullup and dip variation. How many strict?
