What are you having for dinner?? On tonights dinner menu is spaghetti bolognese (yum and yes I still eat pasta occasionally). Last night was simple steak and green veges. Monday night was shepherds pie where I swapped out the white potato for sweet potato for a healthier alternative. What easy healthy swaps can you recommend? Brown rice for white rice? Sweet potato for white potato? Any other suggestions?
