What are your thoughts about the UN? Be rational and realistic. Think about your relationship to the rest of humanity, to your communities, state and world. Ask yourself how all these things are increasingly and irrevocably interrelated, connected, and codependent. Were all keenly aware of the chaos, dysfunction, disorder, violence, sectarianism, and factionalism that seems to be on the rise around the world and, in many cases, at home as well. But, do you know that something else is also rapidly increasing locally and globally too? So when you consider the question, What are your thoughts about the UN? think also about the huge changes taking place, having an unprecedented impact on everything in which humans are involved, like nothing ever seen or experienced in the history of the world. Our personal networks and connections span the globe. Each of us is discovering that there are other humans who are also concerned about their families, friends, communities, and ideas, and that these other people have similar concerns and worries and desires for a better future - just like us. Weve established connections, networks, friendships that transcend borders and states. Weve discovered our common connection to all of humanity from a personal one on one immediate level of interaction.
