What are your thoughts about this comment? Women of this age are frequently caring for ageing relatives, dealing with late teens, feeling like they are invisible, still working but being discriminated against in the workplace. Worried about their low superannuation savings and always feeling there is not enough time in the day to do everything. Add menopause, the commencement of chronic health issues, increasing numbers of funerals and a reluctance to excercise into the mix and its not entirely surprising that many women drink too much; they dont feel good about themselves and they dont feel in control of what life throws at them. pinkcloudcoaching
