What better way to celebrate B.C. day than enjoying a bottle of Okanagan Wine. Pentictions Lock & Worth Winery are new to the scene, but their innovative wines are turning heads (and lighting up taste buds) Firstly, the Cab Franc rose. All the Brewery Creek staff are super excited about this wine! 100% cab franc, whole cluster pressed, only a few hours of skin contact, unfiltered and unfined (dont be alarmed by the little floaties in the bottle) this rose offers a very distinct minerality, crisp fruit and finishes bone dry. Very complex and definitely worth a try. Sauvignon Blanc (90%) & Semillion (10%) blend, whole cluster pressed and raised in French oak, notes of citrus and herbs medium acidity and dry. Pair with chicken and fresh herbs or fish (sole, cod, trout) Merlot handpicked, raised in French oak, unfined and unfiltered. Medium bodied, red fruits. pair with Salmon, spicy rice dishes. Square One handpicked cab franc planted in 1995. 17 months in french oak, unfiltered and unfined, this cab franc is herbaceous and juicy. definitely one to savour! In other notes, we have a really solid line-up of the esteemed The Bruerys products at this moment. Boise, Rueuze, Trade Winds, Saison Rue, Mischeif, Oude Tart, Tart of Darkness & Hottenroth are all awesome and available!
