What blows my mind on a daily basis is how people talk about everyone who passes away as if they AUTOMATICALLY go right to Heaven...and the jokes people say about those people going to Heaven, i.e. yeah, theyre probably up there right now having a drink with St. Peter, etc....People, seriously??? Before it happens to YOU, get it straight...no one KNOWS for sure who is in Heaven and who isnt...its between them and God and whether or not that actual person ever accepted Christ into their heart...there are people who ARE in HELL...stop turning your heads and hearts away from the facts! Rom. 3:23 For ALL have sinned and fall SHORT of the glory of God Rom. 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through CHRIST JESUS our Lord Rom. 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US Rom. 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved Its simple to accept Jesus into your heart...you also get some perks from it, like finding inner peace, having a constant companion, having Jesus bring your prayers to God the Father, having understanding of the Bible through the Holy Spirit, getting the Holy Spirit to guide you on a daily basis, and so much more!!! This life on this earth is not forever, anything that you give up for Jesus would never have lasted anyway! Turn from your earthly crutches and follow him...I guarantee you will not be sorry AND you WILL KNOW youre going to Heaven... John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. NO ONE comes to the Father EXCEPT through me. Heaven isnt a joke, its real...and so is Hell...and people left on earth CANNOT pray anyone out of it...its eternal... Matt. 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Matt. 13: 40-42 “As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. 41 The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. 42 They will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Mark 9:43-48 If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go into hell, where the fire never goes out. [44] [a] 45 And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than to have two feet and be thrown into hell. [46] [b] 47 And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell, 48 where “‘the worms that eat them do not die, and the fire is not quenched.’[c] Revelation 14:9-11 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, 10 they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.” Heaven is no joke and neither is hell...this is the biggest decision of your life, whether to accept Jesus as your Savior or not...it is an ETERNAL decision...any other decision you make in this lifetime will ultimately not matter...whether to get married or not, whether to have kids, what job to take, what college to go to, etc etc etc...none of it matters in the END... Jesus did all of the work...he paid the price for our sins...God would love for you to accept his offer of eternal life through Christ no matter what youve already done in your life, He STILL loves you and doesnt WANT you to go to hell...but people WILL and they DO...gotta face facts here...it could save your eternity
