A house with a leaky roof, basement seepage, rickety basement stairs, a shed/workshop that is a safety hazard due to tree damage and neglect- (needs to be torn down) a floor that is soft in places in the main house, a gas burning fireplace in the living room rigged into the old, real fireplace (fire hazard) - no vents for the forced air heat in said living room, a Florida room with plastic on the windows, (no storm windows) on an absolutely gorgeous piece of land with a wooden fence that is down more than up, (safety hazard).
