What can I possible say that describes the wonderful people who have come forward to help the animals in our care. Lilly is at MECCA and they gave us an estimate of the bill (Christine Renner ran her over to emergency as Dr. Allison was very concerned about her oxygen level Thank you Chris.) When I heard the estimate I said to hold off as I needed to run it passed Tammie and we may have to euthanize her because we cant make promises to pay bills we may not be able to pay. I called Tammie and she said Bark and Scratch Outpost a great pet supply store in Milwaukee just stepped up to cover a big percentage of the bill. Well, I just had to cry as Lilly has been nothing but sweet and tolerant of all the procedures and we could give the go ahead to the great vets at MECCA. Thanks to all of you who have been concerned about her and everyone who have contributed to her care. - Patti P.S. An applicant that wants to adopt her has been watching her progress so if we can get her back on her feet it looks like she might have a new home in her immediate future.
