What can I say..one proud coach today. TG had an athlete compete at the NB Provincials and thee others at the Nations Capital at the OPA Ottawa Championships. Josee Gallant take 2nd in WP at the NB show, qualifying for the CBBF Nationals, as well as claiming the best overall poser award..while Allison Courtney takes 3 in the WP tall class sporting the best conditioning in the entire show for women athletes for her first comp, Carissa Beck takes 1st in Figure Medium while Jess Alexandra takes 2nd in Figure Short, 1st in WP Short and takes the overall WP title at the Ottawa show...great performance TG, very proud. And like usual, lots of love and support from other TG Athletes in attendance and at home via social media and txt. And finally just finished off the night with a great dinner with good friends and the beautiful Ifbb Pro Melanie Gardner. Amazing day.
