What can be done about this situation? Truly what can be done? Anything? When boarding my United Airline Flight from LAX to Dulles my carry on was quickly snagged from me, they slapped a sticker on it and checked it under the plane with a few other passengers bags. They said the overhead storage was full. When I go to my hotel room I see that my laptop that was in my carry that they grabbed and checked is destroyed!!!! I called and placed a damage claim with United. When I got to the stolen and damaged dept at the airport they said United Airlines does not cover electronics EVEN if they grabbed my carry on last second, checked it and damaged it. Im obviously very upset and wondering what can be done. What would you realistically do?
