What constitues the necessity for obtaining a handicapped tag or placard for your vehicle? I mean, does morbid obesity qualify you for getting a tag and a premiere parking place? I see a lot of those folks parking their vehicles up close so they dont have to do what they need to do more than anything else and get out and walk. How about being mentally handicapped? Does this allow you to get one? Cause if it does, I know quite a few folks who qualify for one on that basis. One dude in particular I see every now and then drives around with a white car with Obamacare written all over it...but I digress. How do you get one? I mean, my knees hurt a lot, I have had gout in my toe and ankle and I assure you that hurts like a mother. Ive seen young and perfectly healthy people parking up close with their crippled tags and walking in just fine, no sign of a limp or any egress at all. I had an ingrown toenail once, so give me one of those crippled tags so I wont have to walk so far. Im sure a Brazilian bikini wax hurts and it could make things a little painful to walk for a while...can you at least get a temporary handicapped placard for that? Im sick of seeing people without need of one, parking in a handicapped parking spot just because they somehow obtained a placard to hang off their mirror. Well, dammit, i wont one too!! In fact, I think anyone with any ailment whatsoever should be able to get one and we all should park up close and hobble in so we wont have to actually get off our sorry asses and walk in unencumbered. It is time for all of us to proclaim our handicapped-ocity, get us a placard or a tag, and tell somebody to wheel us in to the store, by god!!....cause none of us should have to walk one step if we dont have to. And when Im elected President........!!!!!
