What defines you? I am defined by each individual goal I set myself and accomplish... What keeps me going is the desire of changing ppls lives the same way fitness changed mine! When I first started one of my goals was to be able to do 1 pull up/chin up...time passed, many workouts delivered and today I am doing weighted pull ups! At 153lbs Im adding 10lbs and can do weighted 7-8 pull ups ! With that said, never think you wont be able to achieve your goals because as long as you try your hardest, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! #misbehave celebrating here so imagine these letters dancing to the sound of the beat of my tapping feet! _________________________________ Que te define? A mi me define cada meta que trazo y llego a superar. Lo queme mantiene motivada cada día es cambiar vidas de la misma manera que el mundo Fitness me la cambio a mi! Cuando empece, una de mis metas era hacer 1 dominada de barra...el tiempo paso, muchas rutinas de ejercicios completasdas y hoy en día hoy mismito hice dominadas con peso! Peso ahora mismo 153lbs y he agregado 10lbs con esta mancuerna y puedo hacer de 7-8 dominadas ! Con esto dicho, nunca pienses que no podrás alcanzar tus metas porque cuando te esfuerzas y no te rindes TODO ES POSIBLE ! #misbehave❤️ eso eso epaaaaaaaa celebrando aquí imaginense mis letras bailando de la emoción
