What depressing charts! The big drop in voter turnout in the last 40 years is all about Democrats who do NOT vote. Hating Congress and then not voting sends the wrong message. And, by the way, we already did that in 2010. 2014 has to be different, but the current polling shows that Democrats either dont care or they arent very angry. By the way, raising a lot of money isnt the same as winning an election. Please dont bring up the money. What we need to figure out is: 1. Why arent Democrats angry and fired up? 2. Why do Democrats sit out midterm elections? 3. When will the leadership of the Democratic party get real about the apathy in the ranks? 4. Who will lead the effort to get Democrats involved?
