What do I look for in a business partner? ---- Open Lines of Communication (If we dont have that it would be WAY hard for me to coach you and help you to be the best you can be in this business), Drive (I cant, and wont, work your business for you. I will only equip you. It is up to you to find the PUSH behind your PASSION for starting this business i.e. your family, more financially stability, to pour into women), Heart (Your heart has to be one that is willing to give of yourself for people. Every appointment you take is about what you can give someone else, not what you can gain. You reap what you sow!), Humility (The best consultants are the ones that arent all that sure if they can do this. Why? Because they are open to being taught and coached to be their best! And once they become their best they share with other women that feel how they used to.) Mary Kay is about coming full circle. Im excited for my business partners that are taking care of business.
