What do wrongful convictions have to do with illegal foreclosures? - TopicsExpress

What do wrongful convictions have to do with illegal foreclosures? Lets ask Mary Mcculley from McCulley vs. US. Bank. The City Prosecutors original theory of the case was that we had to steal from this client because we were in foreclosure and desperate for money. My court-appointed attorney has one son, who works for Bank of America. In fact, his son works for the corporate office right down the street from the courthouse where the case was heard. Th lawyer appreciated being able to have lunch with his son. My judge - who was appointed last minute -- appears to have a $650K mortgage with Countrywide/ Bank of America that was satisfied right before trial. Full re conveyance. The kicker -- I was never in default. The Prosecutor is focused on the $100K as though that was big money, ignoring the fact that we were involved in a $10,385,000 deal at the time and the $100,000 represented only a small portion of our income. The kicker -- We are not in foreclosure. Bank of America did foreclose and then I sued them and got my home back. I am suing them for damages and they are claiming that they shouldnt have to pay damages since they gave me back my home. In the process of this suit, I am exposing many of the lies which they would prefer to keep hidden. The City Prosecutor played on the racial prejudices that no Black person can honestly earn that amount of money. He played on the racial prejudices that Blacks cant be educated or competent. He knew the truth and chose to promote a lie. You should all be insulted.
