What do you all think? Think technology controls people or does technology just give people the ability to hide from actual human interaction? I feel that people are afraid of being hurt in one form or another, so they hide in plain sight. Talking in a grocery line is a lost art. So is eye contact. Katt and I have seen the surprise on peoples faces when we engage them in a line, or smile at them on the street. We get superb service at restaurants because we know and love to engage with people.
