What do you consider when you evaluate your personal environmental footprint? Thats the question, and of course it should be qualified with if you do. As for me, Im working that out, trying to ask myself the relevant questions. What sort of energy do I use that leaves toxic waste? What do I use that is in some way renewable? Does it renew quickly enough to sustain the environment I reside in? How much space do I require and how much is shared as compared with how much is necessary for me to have alone? How much excess do I indulge? How much damage is done? What, and who, suffers from my living my life as I do? Can that lifestyle be maintained, or is it determined to fail and leave destruction? And last, so far, is destruction in the wake of my life an inescapable reality of living, and therefore acceptable? LilBigMan
