What do you do if the medicine youve been taking for migraines stop working! Imitrex has been a God send and has kept me out of the ER for years but two times this week, Ive woken up with a migraine like no other! BP goes up, chest pressure, pain between the shoulder blades, chills, and extreme pain! Mike tried to rub me, I took my medicine plus other things to boost it, and soaked in a hot bath for fifteen minutes. It lasted over four hours. Im wiped out after it finally goes away. If it does it again, Im headed straight to the ER. This is why I cant help with the shelter, rescue, or humane society very much. I stay sick all the time and am undependable. I was actually supposed to transport a dog to Raleigh today but he didnt pass his health certificate. I hate it for the dog but I wouldnt have been able to drive today😞 Dr. Fitz wants me to go to MUSC. I hate going to the doctor but I guess after all this, Im going. Ugh Also, it used to be that if I had deep therapy massage and a licensed physical therapist was on staff, my insurance would cover it. I used to go to Florence for therapy and it helped more than anything but the physical therapist left and I had to stop going, too expensive. Is there a physical therapist and massage therapist under one roof in Florence or Lumberton?
