What do you do when: you have an across the street neighbor that has 4 dogs that are not fenced, chained, or trained; that are extremely scary. They are always in my yard. They scare our mail lady to the point if not getting out of truck if she has a package for us. (Which code says she cant because if something happens its on her not them) Today, she honked for me to come out. So I was walking up driveway and two of the dogs start running towards me growling and barking. I am thankful the mail lady broke code and got out and stopped them. I had Jacob in my arms and they were NOT stopping. I dont even let the kids in front yard for fear of what they will do if Im not looking.
