What do you do when you realize a storm lies within you A raging tempest of fury, pain and an emptiness without end? Do you seek God, in whatever form appeals to you Do you beg mercy from an uncaring universe? Do you grit your teeth and stand against the onslaught or do you bow before the endless rage you have created? Do you even recognize what it is you attempt to control or do you simply surrender and attempt to ride out the storm? Will you resist the howling rage that resides within your soul or will you gleefully submit to whatever madness uncoils inside you? Do you even understand what you have created Or will you cower in denial and say That isnt who I am? Only those who have passed through fire and shadow Can understand what madness it is that I speak of The rest are just untried and untested metal Left to be tempered or shattered upon the anvil of life.
