What do you think is the reason behind our inconsistent results? In my opinion its not the defence at all. Yes the defence looked shaky at times but look, we are playing wingers and youngsters in the defence. We had alot of injuries at the back. But the injury list looks better now. Rojo has been great so far, Smalling and Jones are doing good job, we just need Shaw and Rafael to get into the team somehow and our defence will be top. We have the 3rd best defence in the league, considering the fact that we played youngsters and wingers in the defence its actually good record in my opinion. The reason why we are inconsistent is our attack. Sometimes they play well and sometimes we look shite. Its because we have alot of top players that are yet to understand each other. We need to build a chemistry upfront. Everyone needs to understand each others moving, ideas, qualitties etc. That will take more time. I think we will have to wait for the next season to see the real qualitty of players like Di Maria or Falcao. All we need to do is make sure that we finish in the top four. #dasto
