What do you think of when you hear PiYo? Ill tell you what I thought: boooorrriinnggg! I kinda have what I like to call workout ADD - I need something to keep me moving and excited. So yoga and stretching have never really been my thing - even though I know my body really needs it! But it was exactly this time last year at this same event when I was first introduced to PiYo. I almost skipped the workout that day because I was sure it was going to be a snooze fest! I could not have been more wrong! I fell in love immediately!! Finally, a program that was low impact, would lengthen and stretch my muscles, but was functional and challenging....and in no way boring. Since this time last year Ive been blessed to be able to do PiYo Live several times with Chalene Johnson herself, plus Ive completed the at home program and even gotten certified as an instructor! Today, I once again fell in love all over again as we did another love workout with Chalene. Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, needs PiYo!! Whether youre a beginner, an extreme athlete, or somewhere in between - PiYo is for you! If you get the opportunity to check out a live class, DO IT!! And if youre ready to join one of my accountability groups with the at home program (on special this month!), DO IT!! Its a decision you wont regret!
