It is best to see things clearly and realistically and then make our own choices rationally. It is important to be modest about our knowledge and to know how little we know. We will make better decisions. What empathy means is being able to understand the needs of others. It means that we are aware of the feelings of others and how those feeling affect their perception. It does not mean we have to agree with how they see things; rather, being empathetic means that we are willing and able to appreciate what the other person is going through. There are tangible benefits that result from making time to understand what those around us need, as opposed to what we perceive is required. A truly effective leader can feel what his employees or group members are feeling, relate to what they are going through, and help them get through it. ---------------- friends please left your opinion .......................
