What does a good real estate agent do when: The home they have listed for a client needs the porch paint fixed per FHA appraisal; the client spends all Saturday morning scraping and painting only to have rain blow in and cause the new paint to bubble and peel again by Monday morning (and the appraiser is coming back on Tuesday for a re-inspection?) The good agent leaves work early, goes to buy the appropriate porch coating, runs home change clothes and grab painting supplies, meets the client at the house and together they make it right!
