What does european treatys mean for Indigenous peoples and why should free and independant indiginous peoples be subjected to them....by force? Theres no way any fair and legal (lore) negotiations processs was established over the transfer of indigenous lands to any foreign invaders! The barrier of language alone would have be sufficient enough to discredit and invoke null and void any negotiations between the partys, in regards to any land transfer out-comes. ...let alone the intent and mis-use of the complexities and deceitful nature associated with the english legal system...by less than honourable men in their high offices. There is no official document, or treaty, that gives the colonial government and their brtish subjects, any juistriction to govern over the Aboriginal Peoples of Australia. Its time to reclaim whats rightfully ours!
