What does it mean to love our land, is it possible we are blind - TopicsExpress

What does it mean to love our land, is it possible we are blind to see, that we are being used because of this love? The love of our land, any land by any one, is one of the reasons people use to justify hate, wars and crims. We fear it will be stolen from us or that we will not be safe in it, or our culture wont be safe in it and we justify and justify... Can a pure logic explain how love creates hate or fear? it cant my friends, cause it does not creates it, not the love, never the love. Can we as individuals distinguish between the reasons we love our land and the forces inside of it that make us hate the other? Can we truely see the black and white in our land? cause once those forces affect us, our land is changing, and maybe the reasons why we love it are getting less and less cause of that reason. And maybe, we refuse to see that. And if we love it so much and we are aware of the reasons why we love it so much, then we should do all we can in order to maintain those reasons and to make them even better. If we love it so much we should be able to see what are the true forces who make us change as a society, who make us justify war and hate, blood and fear. when we know that, then we also know that the same forces create that on the other side and that we as people can bring that into awareness and change that. Once we remember that true love cant create hate and fear, we can notice always who is using our love to make us hate and fear. After that point , we can notice that the source of our love, the small particles that its hard for us to see in those times, are the tool to connect us and go beyond all the forces that want to keep us fighting and suffering from the inside out. Love for our land is something we create and work for, it is something that brings life, any other something is a use of our feelings and fear and they call it love.
