What does the Network called MTN really take its subscribers for ? Suddenly we have to buy scratch cards higher than the price quoted on them because vendors claim there has been an increment in the wholesale prices hence a decrease in their profit. The vendors are complaining of the increment coming from ITEL which is the main distributor of the scratch cards and MTN also coming out to say that they havent increased the prices of their scratch cards and that their subscribers should insist on paying only the prices quoted on the cards. Does this network really care about its subscribers or its only interested in reaping us off ? If MTN has a problem with its scratch card producer should the consumer be the one to suffer ? Should I be the one going to fight with the scratch card vendor over how much to pay for a scratch card ? Would MTN ever treat their customers in South Africa, Nigeria or in any other civilized country this way ? And who really fights for us the subscribers ? The NCA or who ? But seriously this Network has overgrown its wings and its high time someone told the lazy managers who are only interested in useless promotions and sponsorships to actually sit up and treat us with some dignity. Enough of the nonsense. As for NCA...hmmm
