What does your protein shake look like? If I work out in the early morning, this is my favorite post workout smoothie to make that holds me over until breakfast. Ingredients: -1/2 Core Power (Banana, Strawberry Banana, or Vanilla) -1 Banana -Frozen fruit (I used a berry blend and pineapple) -Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein (because I dont want to diversify the types of proteins I am consuming throughout the day) -Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass -Chia Seeds -Splash of coconut water or water (to help blend) Tastes great, lots of vitamins and nutrients to get me going in the morning, and the best part is that the banana is the only thing that I really have to worry about having because everything else is frozen or shelf stable!
